about

Sibylline Odyssey represents a journey through different dimensions
taken by a character who feels ashamed of his past and needs to escape from that situation. Moving away from the vicious circle where he is caught up in begins when he decides to leave everything in order to find a safe place. Firstly, he discovers a forest where an unknown character offers a strange brew to him while our friend starts thinking about the hidden scars from the past and whether or not they can be healed.

The effects of the substance appear as well as the feeling of happiness, immensity and optimism, tasting the greatness of life and finding out a fantastic world which will lead his steps in the development of the story. At this point, the character finds himself going on an adventure that includes exploring the ocean, uncanny jungles and isolated mountains. He is accompanied by the presence of his child besides some disturbing elements which try to drug him onto a disastrous end, including beasts that intend to exterminate the reckless prey. He feels threatened by someone staring at him and trying to introduce him to a world of desperation. Living in disarray makes the protagonist think there is no way to escape, although as the adventure goes on he can hear a voice
telling him about imminent danger, but it seems like our character havejust one thought in his mind: please, take me home.

Finally, the wretched man gets into a place he should not be for the sake of finding a shelter. He is unaware of the fact that he is in great danger and ignores the caveats. “There is no choice, I must face the end”. The difference between life and death is diffuse and some questions about the universe emerge to be answered by the truth we are still looking for in the last chapter of this Sibylline Odyssey.
